Whether you want to schedule a one-on-one consultation or simply ask a few questions, I’m here to help. Together, we’ll talk through your travel ideas, preferences, and goals so I can begin designing a trip tailored specifically to you. Personalized service and flexible scheduling are always part of the experience.

I create custom travel experiences worldwide, personalized for every kind of traveler. Whether you’re planning a honeymoon, family vacation, cruise, group getaway, or independent adventure, your trip is designed around your travel style, interests, and budget.

I partner with all the major travel brands to give you the widest selection and best value. This includes cruise lines like Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, Norwegian, and Viking, resorts and hotels such as Hilton, Marriott, Disney, and Sandals, as well as guided tours like Colette Tours.

In addition, I work with niche and luxury brands to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences tailored just for you. This allows me to craft trips that are perfectly aligned with your vision, whether it’s luxury, adventure, or something completely unique.

It depends on the type of vacation. For large groups or cruises, the earlier the better — sometimes up to 18 months in advance. Most travelers tend to book 6–12 months ahead, but I also accommodate shorter timelines.

Booking closer to your departure can work, too — flash sales and last-minute deals are often available. Bottom line: I’m ready to start planning whenever you are.

Using a travel advisor means having a real person advocating for you every step of the way. I offer destination expertise, personalized planning, and thoughtful attention to details you may not even know to look for. If plans change or something unexpected happens while you’re traveling, you have direct support before, during, and after your trip.

No — and often, it actually saves you money. You will never pay more for using a travel advisor. In fact, I have access to exclusive offers, preferred pricing, and added-value amenities that aren’t available when booking on your own.

Beyond pricing, my expertise and research ensure you receive the best overall value and the best possible travel experience, not just the lowest number on a screen.

Yes. I assist with a variety of group trips including destination weddings, cruises, family reunions, friend getaways, and special-interest travel. I handle the coordination, timelines, and logistics so you can focus on enjoying the experience without the stress.

Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended. I work with Allianz Global Assistance to offer coverage options that can help protect your trip investment from cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events. Coverage varies by policy and is available for an additional cost.

Most travel documents are delivered electronically for easy access before and during your trip. Should you ever need original documents for any reason, they can be overnighted to the address you provide.

Payments, Fees & Pricing:

Most major credit cards are accepted. Flexible payment options, such as Flex Pay or our Monthly Installment plan may also be available depending on your vacation package and supplier.

Flex Pay is a payment service that lets you pay for your vacation after booking, giving you the flexibility to secure your trip now and pay later. It’s an easy, stress-free way to lock in your dream getaway without worrying about paying the full cost upfront.

What is a Monthly Payment Plan?
Our monthly payment plan allows you to pay off your trip in installments between the time you book and when the full balance is due. It’s perfect for spreading out the cost over time while you look forward to your vacation.

Payment requirements vary by supplier and trip type. Some vacations require payment in full at booking, while others allow an initial deposit with the balance due at a later date. I’ll clearly explain the payment schedule for your specific trip before anything is confirmed.

This is rare and applies to complex trips. Some trips may require a planning or consulting fee to begin the design process. This reflects the time, expertise, and customization involved in creating your itinerary. If a fee applies, it will always be discussed and agreed upon upfront.

Absolutely. We’re always happy — and genuinely want — to review any quotes you’ve received. Our goal is to ensure you’re getting the best overall value, which may mean matching the price, enhancing it with additional perks, or securing upgrades through our preferred travel partners. Sharing your quote with us before you book gives us the opportunity to do that for you.

Travel Information:

Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline and fare type. I can help guide you or point you to the most accurate, up-to-date airline policies so there are no surprises at the airport.

For domestic flights, plan to arrive at least two hours before departure. For international flights, allow three hours to allow time for check-in, security, and potential delays.

A valid passport is required for international travel and is the most widely accepted form of identification. Many suppliers also require that your passport be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.

For domestic U.S. travel, a state-issued driver’s license or ID is sufficient.

Important: Beginning May 7, 2025, U.S. travelers flying domestically must have a REAL ID–compliant license or an acceptable alternative such as a passport.

Visa requirements vary by destination and citizenship. I’ll review applicable entry requirements with you during the planning process.

Yes — it’s highly recommended. Travel insurance can help protect your investment in the event of delays, cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or other unexpected situations, giving you peace of mind while you travel.

When checking into your hotel or resort, you’ll need a valid driver’s license or passport along with a major credit card for incidentals.

Travel is all about creating memories that last a lifetime, and I’m here to make the journey as seamless, fun, and personalized as possible. Every trip is custom-crafted to your preferences, whether it’s your first vacation or your tenth adventure.
